Base Prices

15-20% Off of Published Airbnb/VRBO Prices

Weeknight (Standard Sun-Thurs)

2-night minimum, 14 day maximum, 10% discount for 7-day rentals

Cleaning fee $200 per stay

Weekend (Standard Fri/Sat)

2-night minimum, 14 day maximum, 10% discount for 7-day rentals

Cleaning fee $200 per stay

Holiday Pricing

7-night minimum for Christmas/New Years and Ski Week, 3 night minimum for long weekends, 14 day maximum, 10% discount for 7-day rentals

Cleaning fee $200 per stay
